I've lived here for approximately (3) years and don't regret my decision. The first thing I noticed was how quite it was. But most importantly the feeling of being safe where I live was quite evident. A great number of properties allow flat tires, abandoned vehicles, poor lighting and allow illegal activity to flourish. Fortunately that isn't allowed here. The property is always well kept and maintenance issue are quickly resolved. My only complaint is that since they allow dogs, several residence refuse to pickup dropping left behind by there pets.
