I have been a resident of Summit Place for almost 7 months now. From the minute I walked in the door the staff was extremely friendly and eager to assist me with whatever I had. The location is fantastic, not only do I feel safe but the community is so quite you can hear a pin drop at night as well as the birds singing in the morning. I have lived at three other upscale apartment communities in the Louisville area and nothing compares to Summit Place. In my opinon, you can have a great looking property but if the staff isn't personable and responsive then you don't have a good product. I have to say I will be here for many years to come!
