Poor management
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 4/28/2004
Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
PROS: Well maintained grounds, large fitness area (although machines need more maintenance than they get), spacious apartments with modern appliances, car wash center, putting green, electric bill only (no gas heating), dedicated cable service rep, maintenance typically responds within 48 hours of a call and they get the job done right, free coffee/soda and snacks in the office area
CONS: Unprofessional management has really made my experience unpleasant (they are all friendly, but some lack organization causing them to have poor day to day execution), poor security (gated entrance, but the gate is left open at nights although I have not observed/experienced any safety issues), easy to hear neighbors walking if you live downstairs, parking can be a problem at times
Bottom Line: Unfortunately, the apartment complex does not live up to its luxurious potential and it is mainly due to the management. If the management removed the 'luxury' concept, I could give it a recommendation. Still an OK place to live, but I can't give a recommendation.
