This complex is not meant for anyone that wants to be happy. The office staff will screw you over in anyway, shape or form! Basically this place was built by a company that builds Section 8 apartments and added few frills that don't work anyway and then put a hugely rude and incompetent staff up in the clubhouse to run the place. From the time you move to the time you leave everything about this place is a pain in the ass. The only thing that I can say I liked about the place was not having to live there anymore. Save yourself some time, trouble and most importantly MONEY from their shady leases that trap you. If you going to rent here be sure to get a lawyer to look over the papers. Even after your lease is up they will make you pay and totally screw up your credit if you don't.
