Security gates rarely works. Property Mgr biased as it pertains to race. Demands to follow the rules appeared to be heavily enforced on certain minority groups. Certain groups are allowed to have opened bottles (yes glass bottles) of beer in the pool and infants/toddlers are allowed in the pool withoput the "swimmer" diapers. Teresa (property Mgr)informed several minority parents their under age 12 children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the propery. This is actually in the lease agreement-children 12 yrs and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the property. No problem, except I see unaccompnied caucasian children outside playing all the time. The rules state you must be 16 yrs old to enter the Hot tub. This rule is difinatly enforced when minorities children enter the hot tub even when their accompanied by an adult. No problem rules are rules. Yet, I witness in the present of the property manager (Teresa) young children with their water gun toys playing in the Hot Tub. When the issued is presented to the propery mgr-she states the office staff doesn't have time to "parent" the pool -unless it's a person of color who naturally would standout among others. The Life Guard just happens to be the propery mgr's neice. Let the rules apply to all since all pay the rent despite of racial differences.

I have lived here for a year and a half...I go to the pool almost every other day with my daughter. Kids 12 & under are to be accompanied by a parent I ALWAYS take my daughter and I see ALL KIDS OF EVERY RACE coming to the pool alone underage and with no parent in sight. The lifeguard sends them all home if the parents are not present. Only promblem is...it's always the same kids. As far as the kids go some are better behaved than others...this is life. I see the lifegaurd constately telling ALL KIDS to please get out of the hot tub. I am telling my daughter as well. Some parents aren't watching their kids and then get offended when the lifeguard has to correct their kids. If they just paid more attention it would'nt even be a problem. As far as glass...I have never seen glass at the pool. And like I said I GO ALMOST EVERYDAY. I do however wish the gated community I live in would fix the gates because that's what they advertise.
