I have lived at the Terraces for three years and I loved it. However it was sold in July and the new owners have already found several ways to suck more money out of its tenants. They went from a fair metered billing of water to a flat fee. I never paid more than 14 a month for water, now they are charging a flat 35 (for a two bedroom) They raised rent by twice as much as they did the past 2 leases i signed. They have also fired the Manager and Assistant Manager who were the reason this place was so well liked. I have a feeling that more charges will come but, my lease was up in August and I happily found a new place to live.

However, on a good note I had zero problems the time that i had lived there (with its previous owners). Absolutely no neighbor complaints and no problems with my apartment.

PS. The managers were not fired...... we quit. Just wanted to clarify because I don't want anyone to think we were doing something wrong. We chose to leave for reasons I will keep to myself but it was for our best interest.

oh that's good to know that Scottie didn't get fired! because we just moved there too and he was the kindest and sweetest person that we've met there, we missed them specially the sweet dessert that he maked for the children. God Bless you All!!! John 3:16
