First off, for 3 years I have lived on the 9th Floor in a one bedroom apartment. I have not had any serious issues until this year. My laundry has been tampered with and management did nothing. My windows have leaked for over 9months,before they fixed them. They kept writing down my repair and never fixing them or telling the truth about the actual problem. Today my air conditioner caught on fire!!! The property manger had a bad attitude and told me that they will send maintenance in the morning. That they had other issues to deal with. Like a fire met nothing. Oh she also stated that if its not on fire now, then she can't send anyone..' Well guess what' While writing this review it caught on fire again! My fiance called and asked for help, she asked him if it was on fire now and if it would be when they get there...! As to imply that it better be on fire when they get there.. WTF'' The maintenance was very nice and will replace parts tomorrow. The only problem I've had w/maintenance is an instance when they came in unannounced.. to "wash windows." Again the management said they didn't know anything about it. Long story short, nice apartments for the money, securities sucks(anyone can get in here), maintenance gets the job done (make sure you know their coming), management is nice until you have an issue (then they are aloof). I am not renewing my lease due to the issues above. You will feel cramped. Lastly, they do not have a back up generator. So hope your in shape and young if you live above the 1st floor.
