Run far from any property belonging to River City. Our ceiling leaked for a good five months before they fixed it, then they never really fixed it, they refused to replace the molding carpet from all the leaking, let's see. What else. Oh, slugs somehow made it into my first-floor bedroom closet. Never figured that one out, and neither did their stellar maintenance team. The apartment was big and cheap, but the maintenance issues were such a nightmare that it was not a square trade at all. Pay the extra hundred a month to live somewhere that doesn't suck. It's worth it.
