Nice place to live, I have lived here for 5 yrs and have had no major problems with the apt. When I moved in the staff treated me very nice and professional. Sounds like the people that badmouthed the complex are a bunch of anal retentive babies. Especailly this one lady I met at the office one day named Ellen L. She was a fat sweaty lady who sounds like she needs a life. Anyway the Office staff and the maintenance staff have worked really hard to make this a nice place for my children and I to live. They even bought me a new vacumme Cleaner for renewing my lease and repaintend my apt. Also the Pool and the playgrounds are very well kept and an enjoyment to use. I highly recommend the Vieux Carre? (The name has been changed)
