First off, things that were supposed to be fixed when I moved in have not been. The kicker has been the last 3-4 months. My roof/ceiling has been leaking. I've reported the problem 4 times in the past (5th time tonight) and nothing has been done about it. Twice they sent someone out to "look" at it, but no results. As of today (1/7/2002) it still leaks!!!
