they stop cheating tenants with the gas bills every month. I happen to stay in one of those apartments with gas-heating. In Ohio Valley summer when we no sane person uses a heater, Vieux Carre charges outrageous gas bills. So try to avoid the gas-heated apartments.

Otherwise it is a nice place to stay. It is near the main activity center of Louisville and near to major malls. Office staff are always smiling and helpful. Emergency maintenance is fast and effective. We got a great deal while moving in. Apartments are nice, well lit and spacious.
