I lived in the complex for 51/2 years. Initially the environment was good and the apartments were kept up. Over time and change of management (approx. 3 times) things became dirty, remained in disrepair, and the cost kept rising.

The rent kept getting higher and higher with no real reason. People in the same exact apartment style may be paying as much as half what you pay or twice what you pay. There seemed to be no real guideline.

I only payed late twice during my entire stay yet they had the nerve to give me a bad reference as the newest management did not like me. The pipes leaked inside the wall at least 3 times causing it to flood so badly downstairs that the paint buckled and peeled. The carpet was so soaked yet they refused to replace even after the third flood.

In the end, I have known several other families that were forced out by the conditions getting so bad. Almost all were hit with major bills for the turnover of the apartment even though it was things that all apartments have to do such as painting, cleaning carpet, etc.

I wood truly recommend you run the other way. Otherwise,you will be paying for it long after you move out.
