Different name, Too much money, and shady facilities

Beware, this place has changed its name to Vieux Carre...but its Pine Club.
I think they caught on to all the bad ratings.
The tennis courts had a HUGE crack running down the middle, which they patched with vinyl cement compound. The "fitness center" is 4 machines in the back room of their office, which closes at 5 pm, so unless you're unemployed, you have no chance to use it. The grounds are weed infested, and on move in, the kitchen sink didn't have knobs on it. On top of that, the heat didn't work for the first week I lived here, temperatures were in the 30's at night! Kept blowing a breaker, and they came out, reset the breaker, said it was "fixed." That would work for all of 10 minutes, and it would blow again. Same with Air conditioning. For what they charge you for a short term stay, you do NOT get your money's worth. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
