this is the WORST (can I emphasize that word enough') place I have EVER EVER lived. When my family and I moved in there were cigareete butts all over, cigarette ash from the people who "cleaned" the apartment after the previous tenants. The cupboard doors were distorted from being waterlogged (probably from a flooding) the new linoleum was so cheap if you stubbed your toe, you made a hole in the floor. The new carpet had oil stains on it from maintenence, and I paid out my ass for the location. This place is a complete embarrassment and the management team are a bunch of flunkies. The only landscaping they did was mow the mostly bald lawn. There is no pride in their landscaping. Like they think they can sell ya the place on their personalities alone. Yeah right. Paper thin walls.....I was privy to all my neighbors fights about finances, and their make-ups as well. ew. Thankfully I now own a home and pay less on a 5year old houses mortgage than I did living in that dump. It was so bad, I greatfully paid $3000 to get out of my lease.
