When I moved in I was very cautious because I had just moved from the apartments from hell just down the road. The staff is awesome. I love all the trees and wildlife. We have birds, bunnies, and squirels. It is so nice to just sit on the porch and watch them play. I didn't feel real safe at my last apartment, but I feel very safe here. I have noticed that at intervals throughout the day you will see one of the staff riding through on the golf cart. I feel as if it is my own personal security. We have made friends with our neighbor and even had a dinner party with them. I wish I had time to tell you all the wonderful things I have expereinced here compared to other places I have lived. You must come see for yourself.

I don't recall seeing wild life when I lived there recently. What I did see was broken down cars, bald lawn, weeds, dirty play area for kids and more cigarette butts than I could count. If this is your kind of place, sign a lease. If you like wild life and parks, may I suggest Mallard Crossing or one of the complexes over by Baptist East Hospital......

I have lived here for about 1year now, I love it here! I see that the grounds are picked up daily, the people in the office make you feel like you are home! This is a great location, close to everything, including birds, and all the wildlife.
