Very "pet friendly" - pets can poo freely and you need not clean up. Looks like the maintenance guys do not notice all the poo lying around. You need not be a resident to notice this.
Apartments more than 40 years old and you need to sign papers that it has been disclosed that there may be a presence of "Lead paint" in the apartment.
Rents quoted vary based on the day and time and the leasing office person that you talk to.
Common washer/dryer rooms with washer/dryers that do not work.
Do a very thorough apartment inspection if you choose to be a resident.
