Pros:
Location (Hurstbourne and Shelbyville, Easy access to I-64 and I-264, several nice restaurants at a walking distance)
Beautiful surroundings, quiet in spite of being at a busy intersection
Affordable rent considering the amenities, and compared to other apartments in the area.
Generally attentive maintenance (some maintenance requests were delayed, or had to be repeated)
Good and polite management (But some follow up was needed)
Cons:
Common washer/dryer unit in the building was not working for several weeks, and on some occassions overcharged when paid by credit card.
You need to read the lease agreement VERY carefully before signing (We were denied a preferred employer discount since we didn't pay the rent on the 1st or 2nd of the month; we were automatically extended on a month to month lease even after the lease had expired since we didn't give a one month notice)
Papa John's Pizza drivers drive recklessly through the apartment complex
Trash pickup is delayed on some days
