They are huge! They are all townhomes with their own private basements and cable is included in the rent. It is like having your own home. We just love it here. It is located in the middle of major shopping. We can walk to just about any store that you would need to shop. This staff has been awesome to work with. They have bent over backwards to make sure that our move in experience was a great one. I can not say enough great things about Washington Park. We look forward to living here for a very long time.

Don't believe the hype! This is the worst in apartments!
1. The basements will flood if there is a heavy rain.
2. The Maintenance staff is overworked and underpaid, but hardworking.
