ok place for a short stay

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I stayed for a year 2001-2002 in a 3rd floor 1 bedroom apt. I liked the place but never really felt attached to the apartment. The rent was reasonable and less than the other places across the street (Cyprus point' and Mallard Crossing') but it was a little too made up to be charming.
