The complex is turning into a "slum". Not well maintained

Waterford Place feels like living in
the "ghetto". Tenants who are leaving drop their furniture/mattresses on the ground and after numerous calls to office (which they never answer the phone) it has taken up to 2 weeks to remove - 3 different times.
Furniture/all personal belonging in parking lot and let there for over 3 days. Water monthly fees are extravagant. $30 a month for one person - they are charging tenants for the water used in the fountains..My garbage disposal has been attempted to be repaired 4 times - still doesn't work - I have given up calling and trying to get it to work. No towel racks in bathrooms - washer/dryer is in the kitchen (uncovered)-very loud for watching TV in Living Room.
Several new tenants admitted to neighbors they don't even have a job!!! IMAGINE WHAT THE NEIGHBORS ARE LIKE!!!! IT IS BECOMING A DANGEROUS AWFUL PLACE-TENANT ATTACKED IN THE PARKING LOT HAD WALLET/JEWELRY STOLEN.
