The lease is unusually punitive and not a standard apartment lease. READ IT CAREFULLY -- ALL OF IT

There are extra charges and restrictions

The place looks elegant outside but the apartments are somewhat run down

Washer and dryer in kitchen, no enclosure -> noisy
