The management team is completely unaccomodating. They are similar to used car salesmen. Once you sign the paperwork for your lease, they will nickel and dime you throughout. The apartment experience is simply NOT worth the hassle. Go somewhere else and rent with decent people.
If you do decide to rent at Waterfore, I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU READ EVERY WORD OF YOUR LEASE CAREFULLY. Do not assume you are dealing with a customer-friendly business.

i agree completely. the indoor pool and hot tub have been closed since i moved here in december. i am not holding my breath about whether the outdoor pool opens this year. water bill is separate and divide among everyone in the complex. add at least $50 to the cost for that. there has been an unfulfilled maintenance order on my apartment for the last five months. i would not rent here again.

Good point. They also pulled that tricky "water bill" maneuver on me too. Like the previous poster said, add at least 50$ to your monthly payment to account for this bill. You are not paying your own waterbill; rather, you pay a portion of the water bill for your building. They were very "hush hush" about utilities when they were selling us the lease.
