The exterior is pretty on first glance. If you look closely, you can see signs of neglect. The staff are rude and unaccomodating. There are a lot of people yelling and dogs barking. No one cleans up after their dogs and there are a lot of dogs. Lots of sirens since there are two hospitals up the road. Can't get a straight answer about when they will fix the pool and hot tub. Interiors are dated. Washer and dryer are insanely noisy and we can't hear anything over them when they are running. Even better, we can hear the neighbors washer and dryer as well. The maintenance people took a week to pick up the filters they left in the breezeway after they replaced the furnace filters. Thermostat is highly unreliable. There is never enough hot water. Toilets clog every few days ever though we are careful to try to prevent it. Dumpsters are far from the building and it is horrible during the winter. The ponds smell horrible in the summer. There is duck feces all over.
