Live here if you want to hear barking dogs all the time, want walk through dog ---- to get to your car, if you want to not have a place to park close to your complex, and have a staff working for you that doesn't care about anything!! Ya!

Maintenance staff still hasn't fixed by ceiling fan that I complained about at move in that sounds like it's about to fall from the ceiling at any minute. My agitator falls off my washing machine, creating rust on my clothes. They will not replace it. They just tell me to tighten it up before washing a load of laundry. My hot water goes out intermittently without warning, so prepare for cold showers.

I complain about not having a place to park every week. They told me to write down the tag numbers of cars parked here without a pass. I did...does no good. I have to park at the club house to get to my apartment a block away.

If you want to live in the St. Matthews area or close to it, go to Mallard Crossing or Fenwick Place. Much nicer...
