This apartment is nice looking but very cheaply built. You do hear and feel your neighbors.
Pool and hot tub was closed for long long time 2 times during my stay of 3 years but no discount for the rent. A friend of mine who moved in here during pool closere was not able to use it at all before she moved out. But no brake for her either.
Maintenace is not good at all. They may show up but do temp. fix and it will brake again and again. Sometimes they blame on you.
Parking is realy bad. When I come home after 11pm, I need to drive around several times to find a spot. Someone always parking along fire lane because of lacking of parking space. But the managements do not do anything. What will happen when we get fire'''''''''' It always makes me mad. I am glad that I have moved out!
