If you don't mind having noisey neighbors, constant leaks in your apartment and seeing trash scattered everywhere or pee-smelling hallways, this is the place for you. You get what you pay for. I would really urge you if you can spare a little extra money, move somewhere else. It's not worth the hassle.

This review was written prior to new owners taking over in and since then the property has undergone extensive renovation and upgrades. Over $2,000,000 has been spent on landscaping, parking lots and exterior and interior improvements. It is truly the best deal in the area.

This property has undergone extensive renovation and new construction and I have purchased one of the condos. Some of the condos are being rented under lease/option. It is a noce place to live.
