Like Ive said, Ive heard they have new management but once upon a time me and a couple friends lived there..it was the worst nightmere you could imagine..management was awful, rude and dishonest and the maintance man was a pain in the !@#$ everyone hated him and he hated everyone he was a huge redneck his kid had a mullet and he did everything possible to make our living experiance unpleasent..he tried towing peoples cars if they didnt have a "sticker" for parking he uprooted my friends flower and once when were were noisy called the police, and then every half hour banged on our door..i stayed with them for a while and they tried to charge my friend rent as well as made things up about the apartment after she moved in an attempt to keep her saftey deposit....DO NOT MOVE HERE

You are talking about the Charles the maintenance man, He is lucky to be alive, He was the reason me and my sons had to move from the other apartments right in front of Willow. At the time I live there He had almost every Black family uprooted who were the first tenants in those townhomes. The previous manager Wanda Heuser believed every lie that man Charles told her. You are right about him going around meddling in folks business and getting the half truths, he acted like he was office personnel/Columbo. Its was a nice community but he made up so many lies on folks based on unknown basis. Therefore putting scared tactics in the mindset of the managers. He would come knocking on your door at any given notice whether it was early am or later than 3am. I was in a way glad to be gone dued to this harrasement. He didn't trust pre-teen or teenagers coming up age and use these tactics of no good kids. The maintenance was fair. Didn't have trouble until this guy was hired. We were like a nice quiet community until he started stirring up trouble. Also I raned into other former tenants 7yrs down the road who lease were not renewed dued to this man's input to management. Its something to think about. We should have filed suit about them.
