Horrible We have had so many problems here leaks, electrical problems, very loud neighbors, no parking, an apartment that is falling apart! Our Maintenance problems never get fixed. We have been trying to get one thing fixed since Christmas. Please don't live here!!!

Liked living there The staff was always very helpful and the grounds were beautiful. I really enjoyed living there while I was waiting for my house to be built. I really liked the clubhouse and it's ammenities. I would highly recommend it.

There is no problem here! I moved in a few months ago and I have had no problems here. I have read the other reviews and they must have happened a long time ago. I work and go to school and no one has ever bothered me. My home is really nice and I like my neighbors. I do wish there was more parking

Peace of Mind I moved in to River Oak in July of 08. The staff at the complex is wonderful! When the power was out last fall and during the ice storm the staff tried to help accomodate those who didnt have places to go. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to Louisville! You
