I lived at this complex for 5 months and couldn't handle it any more. The problems that I encountered upon first moving in were ones that I would expect from an older community not one that had been just built. The sink leaked and there was mold growing under it. It took 3 requests to get maintenance out to fix it, and it still was leaking after that. The dishwasher leaked from day one and was never fixed, and the toilet in the master bathroom leaked as well.

The landscaping was horrible from the mound of dirt outside of the front door, to the trench that was dug outside of the back door.

The policies of this property also surprised me. If you want to take a friend to the pool you have to purchase a daily pool pass. I believe that my pool pass should be the rent that I have to pay every month.

And the shoty design of the apartments is something that you can't look over. My closet door would not open because the toilet was in the way. You had to walk all of the way into the guest bath and shut the door to find the light switch. Also sound carried through the vents. I would be playing music in my room and the people not directly above me, but the people up and over would come down to tell me it was to loud. (My roommate couldn't hear it in the next room)

The landlord also stalks new residents for a few months when they first move in. She lived next door to me until a new person moved in across the street and she moved over there to an apartment above him. During this time I was told that I was playing my music to loud at 10am, not by an actual neighbor, but by Theresa.

I couldn't handle an entire year so I left and moved into a new complex off of the AA highway and have not had any troubles sense moving here.

Totally agree! The managment is crazy and the place is not built well. I lived there for a number of months and am glad to be out!

It's not professionally managed! It's privately owned and operated by "moms n' pops!" Take it from experience; always move to an apartment with professional management.
