Unless you are a "do it yourself" kinda guy, don't move here. Maintenance requests are ignored (safety related things like lighting/ and monetary wise things like missing or cracked windows that will run your electrical bill high). The grounds keeper does his job well but that's about it.

We have been trying to get our $350.00 deposit back for months and Pat, the manager will not return calls and even hangs up. We will NOT give up no matter what it cost us to get the deposit back. Money isn't the issue, now it's the principle.
