look at the townhome first

We applied for a three bedroom townhome. We were accepted but when we went to sign the lease we asked to look at it first. When we walked inside to look before we signed we were grossed out. There was burn marks all over the carpet and red hair die at the top of the stairs and in the master bedroom. Needless to say we did not sign. SO AS A WARNING LOOK BEFORE YOU SIGN THERE!!
