I agree with the other person's review on this apartment complex. My husband and I were accepted for a 3 bedroom townhouse and we asked twice to look at it (two different days). Each time we were told we could not look because the carpets had just been cleaned. Finally, they let us look, but we could not walk through the apartment. The carpets were covered with cigarette burns and there was paint on the carpet from the previous tenants painting and the maintenance men painting. After explaining to the lady in the office about our dislikes and concerns, we were told if we wanted the carpet replaced, we could not have the apartment at the promotional rate and that our rent would go up. We were appalled! We were advised to place throw rugs over the spots that were distasteful (TACKY)!! Unfortunately, we had already signed the lease, but I sent an email to the company that owns the apartments and needless to say, within a week we had new carpet, a new kitchen floor(because the old one had a large purple spot on it), and they are working to fix everything else that was wrong with the apartment. I must say some of my neighbors are a bit jealous because they are still living in apartments that look the way ours used too. However, I would suggest you go straight to the manager of the property. She has been extremely helpful and taken care of getting everything done. Had we known this, we would have gone to her before moving in!!!
