I have lived at Imperial Pointe since 2004. I have had a few maintenence issues but they have all been resolved in adequate time. There have been many staff changes in the last year I have lived here, but everyone has been helpful and respectful of my needs. I don't know why there are bad reviews for this property but it is beautiful and well taken care of. They do criminal checks to be able to lease and that makes me feel safe living here. I have bought a home and will be moving out of the property on August 1, 2007 but I would recommend this site to anyone who would choose to live here. They have truely helped me. Thanks again.
