Meadowood apartments are a great place to live. I have not lived there long, however, I am very pleased compared to other apartments I have lived in. Any problems I have had have been fixed very promptly. For example, the first time I turned the stove on, a spark flew out and the manager brought me a new one the next day. Same with the heater, it went out and the next day was repaired. The neighborhood is very quiet. Although I live in a one bedroom which is incredibly small, it has a nice layout with a quite large utility room. The only complaint I have is about the pet deposits. I have a small cat which is declawed--the deposit (non-refundable) is $200.00 as well as an additional $20 pet rent per month!! Overall I would give meadowood apartments a rating of 8 out of 10!!
