Probably the Best Apartments in Owensboro - Owensboro doesn't have a lot of apartments that are all that great. Brushwood's probably one of the few in the area that has more positives than negatives. I lived in Brushwood for 3 yrs. They are pretty strict on their rules and can be pretty nit picky. Their maintenance is pretty good, the guys always fix the problem and aren't rude or lazy about it.
