I've lived in the one bedroom apartments for several years now and I have had a great experience here. Last year I came back from out of town at midnight to find my water heater had leaked horribly. My bathroom was full of water as well as the carpet in my bedroom. By the time I got home from work the next day it had been completely fixed and cleaned up. Rent has gone up, when I first moved in it was $275 and now it is $325. They are older apartments which attributes to the super cheap rent...but the noise level is really low. The only time I can hear my neighbors is if I have nothing on in my apartment (including the A/C) then I can faintly hear their television. The apartments are well maintained as are the grounds. For $325 a month you aren't going to find a clubhouse or swimming pool but there is a laundry facility onsite which is nice enough. I would recommend living here.
