The manager here is a mess. Sue Stinson has people looking at other residents files. She lets people do and sell drugs in the apartments. She send out a bunch of letters to the residents threatening them. She says one thing then changes her mind and you get in trouble for it.Adults are always getting drunk and fighting and the kids tear up the property and fight all the time. The manager refuses to get security. The washers and dryers are always tore up. She wont even put a camerain the laundry room so the vandalism will stop and we can do our laundry.There is no assigned parking so if your neighbor has a party you can not even park by your own apt. She only lets her friends have dogs and people living with them who are not on the lease. She rarely gets your paperwork done because she is gossiping with the tennants allmorning.She let graffitti on the buildings stay there for over a month even though residents were trying to scrub it off by hand. She took a picnic table donated for the playground and put it by the office so the staff could use it. Then no one but the staff is allowed to use it.They took the swings from the donated swing set and put them in the maintainance room and said the kids couldnt have them back.There is always trash all over the complex and everyone speeds through the apartments and dont bother watching for all the little kids running around unsupervised. One pro...you never have a hard time finding a cop...they are constantlyout here breaking up fights all summer long!
