The manager assured me of MANY things...but THIS is what I got for my $$$


QUOTED move in special changed upon signing contracts. Nothing Special.

CLEANLINESS...Trash gathered in hallways and on grounds. Grease, Ashtrays etc. dumped in the garssier areas near apartments. Dont be fooled by new paint or carpet, the place should be condemned for what those hide.

QUIET / PRIVACY...noise of neighbors unbearable and unacceptable if you have young children.

PARKING...assigned but makes no difference to some.

POOL...has black sticky ring like soap scum, painted with the wrong paint THAT will turn YOU blue. Paint chips etc in water. Pool Rules are apparently a joke given that they only apply to some tenants but not ALL. Less than halfway into season hours to swim cut back so that those who work all day/ night got even less use. Children with guardians ...YOU not them.

FINES...some charged but friends forgiven

PETS..."No Pets", unless you had them prior or you are friends with the right people

LAUNDRY ROOM...FILTHY above all else. Often clothes sit in washer / dryer for hours preventing use. You are forbid to move the items "due to complaints". Trash is over flowing and all over floor, unwanted clothing piled in corners, water standing in flooor. Security locks removed.

COMPLAINTS /QUESTIONS / CALLS... go unanswered or you are given pat answers that amount to rubbish and bring you back to square one continually. BUT you are held to lease agreement tooth and nail

That was the old manager. He was the worst manager ever. The new manager DON is awesome and very caring, thoughtful, and really listens to everyone's problems.
