Everything said in the previous review WAS true... we recently have gotten a new manager. Who has only been here for a couple weeks, but already things have significatly changed.
One his first day the pool was cleaned and repainted with the correct paint, the landscape crew came through, all the lights outside were replaced and cleaned.
The outside is shaping up, they are re assigning parking places so the elderly will have closer spots.
As for the "unbearable noise"... im not sure about that, the only time i ever hear my upstairs neighbors are when the turn the hairdryer on. The only time i hear anyone outside is from 3p- 4p when all the kids in the apartment play tag, which i dont see a problem with that.
The laundry room has been redone and such, and i havent had a problem with anyone leaving laundry in it.
Cleanliness of hallways: they have started a rule that no trash, ashtrays, etc. be left in halls, you will be fines $50 if you get a complaint, everyone seems to obey.
PETS: pretty much everyone has small pets, and we even have an apartment cat that wonders around from place to place named agathata.
every question ive had has been answered within the day if not immeadiatly.
i think the old manager was the problem not the apartments.
