After spending 2 days looking at apartments in Richmond my roommate and I found Katelyn Court by accident. It is the cheapest in Richmond and by far the cleanest and best kept! The lady in the office is very friendly and always willing to help. Our mirror in the bathroom broke and they fixed it within 2 days. There is plenty of parking, it is well lit, a great place for college kids! I highly recommend it!
