This complex is truly filthy. The only reason I live here is because it is the only complex in Richmond that allows animals. The apartments are outdated and way overpriced. Rules are not enforced, residents chain their dogs outside (as if it were there own back yard) and leave them unsupervised for hours. There is dog poop literally EVERYWHERE. Six months ago one resident made a small dog kennel outside the apartment (in the common area) in plain sight of anyone driving by and the office still has not done anything about it. People usually just leave bags of trash outside their doors for days instead of taking it to the dumpster directly behind the apartment.
The pool is filthy and dangerous, people smoke and drink in the pool, children play there unsupervised. In the time I have lived here the pool gate has NEVER been locked, most of the people who swim there do not even live in the complex. The pool is connected to the rental office and I have NEVER seen anyone from the complex come out to monitor the pool.
I could complain for days but I think you get the picture.
