Richmond East Apartments recently was taken over by a new management team and they have completely turned the situation around. They are putting in new thermal windows, furnaces and appliances. Outside I've seen new roofs, siding and a redone laundry facility. Too bad there is not a space to put in a pic because they look fabulous!

If you want to see what kind of BS this is. Drive through the place. The new office is about the only thing new. The work they are doing in the front of the complex is because water was leaking in the sides of the roofs and causing MOLD issues in units. You know what that means. LAWSUITS!! Read up on mold people! Have you been sick since living there. Well, you know what to do! Document the problem and make them pay you for being sick all the time. Now don't forget take pictures of the repairs so you can prove your case. You won't have to live in goverment assisted apartments any longer if you can prove your case!
