Bittersweet - Pretty much all you need to know right here: This is a cheap place to live if you are a student and can't afford much. I've lived here for 3 years and the rent has stayed at $260 (that includes utilities and internet). Phone ($15) and cable ($8) are dirt cheap as well. I love it here - I really do enjoy it at Katelyn Courts. The price is great and the management are great. NorthRidge is Great! I have lived at NorthRidge for three years and absolutely love it! The maintenance men are very friendly and quick to help if I ever need anything! The office staff is wonderful. The parking isn't the best, but the apartments are great!

Nice place for student living They are always on top of things, once I called on Sunday morning at 10Am to report boiler leak and the repair man was in my apartment in 30 minutes! Judy Bishop (landlord lady) is very nice and helpful.
