That's not dirt, it's rust (user photo) Back door. Lights are dangerously exposed and ready to fall off. (user photo) I guess this place has never heard of paint or cleaners

the previous manager cyndy and the maintenance staff are thiefs. they stole our stuff when we were not around for some days.

Yeah, if you read the lease, it says to notify the office if you're going to be gone more than one week. Ever wonder why they want to know that? ? ?

They entered my apartment while I was gone too, but I do not think they took anything.
