That's not dirt, it's rust (user photo) Back door. Lights are dangerously exposed and ready to fall off. (user photo) I guess this place has never heard of paint or cleaners

The staff was not very helful and the maintence was horrible there was never anywhere to park and we had alot of very noisy neighbors

Parking is a lot better now. But read the other reviews for more details about this hell on earth.

Parking is worse now, it is like playing musical cars and you pray to park near the light poles. And, still very much a hell on earth.
