Stay Away!!

I live here as of now and plan to renew my lease, ONLY because moving away from college would require more money than I can afford. The rent here is the cheapest around and it is on a bus line; however the cheap rent comes with many negatives.
1. The people who paint the walls before you move in must be the age of three as they painted over outlets, the bathroom mirror, and other fixtures, such as the ceiling fan. They just paint over paint which makes it very weak and elastic.
2. The neighbors are loud and obnoxious. They steal from your laundry as you wait in your apartment for the in-house laundry room drys your clothing. There are no cameras and the room is dimly lit, so it is a thief's sanctuary. Plus, their cheap machines often error after putting in your 1.25, so you lose that money. The neighbors here remind me of those you might see in a tailor park as they congregate in the parking lot or around the mailboxes, run around without shirts and shoes, and often bicker in the late hours of night. I wouldn't want my children spending time outdoors without me as they might get molested or robbed or both.
3. The cockroaches here are as big as a grasshopper and they live under the sinks and behind the bathroom mirror. We bought traps which seemed to get rid of them.
4. The furniture and appliances were all damaged or in a poor working condition until I fixed them myself. There wasn't any Cable lines running to the bedroom, until I ran one myself. The walls have no insulation by the way, I know as I drilled a hole through the wall to run the wire. Oh, I did see some old tissue paper; if that counts as insulation. So, the walls are virtually non-existent which means you hear your neighbors domestically abusing one another, which is fun to listen to while trying to sleep.
5. Solicitors! I think Insight has spammed us more than anyone else. We love solicitors, because we enjoy people randomly placing things on our door, it gives us a sense of security. There is nothing better than opening your door to be disturbed while studying to listen to how you could sign up for a service you already have; awesome!
6. Staff. What can I say, they don't care much. They are good about telling you when the water will be turned off, since it happens at least once a week here. They put some money into the property I guess if you count mulch being placed over top of mulch an improvement. Don't even bother calling maintenance, you probably know more than they do anyway, just fix it yourself. If it becomes to bad, then just sue.
I could keep going but I am tired now. If you do chose to come here, then I wish you luck as this may be your first time living in a ghetto.
