That's not dirt, it's rust (user photo) Back door. Lights are dangerously exposed and ready to fall off. (user photo) I guess this place has never heard of paint or cleaners

These apartments are very nice and a good area. There are all kinds of nice restraunts close by as well as the Newport shopping center with everything you need. The neighbors here are great and very friendly. I came here to live in a studio by myself and very nervous about this, but now i have many friends and never feel alone. The maintenance guy is very friendly and is always around if you need him. I read in a previous rating about the water being turned off alot. This may happen once every three months and they give you at least a week notice and the water is usually only turned off for a few hours. I also believe there prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend these apartments for college students!!
