The person who posted below has to be a staff member of this property because there is no way in hell that any of the below is true. I have been living in these apartments for about 2 years (I am poor an in college) and it has been the exact opposite experience. The management is responsive but it is a "I don't want to be sued" type response where nothing much really happens, only the appearance of action is made. The community is not friendly, in fact since I have lived here I have had my laundry stolen out of the dryer (now my girlfriend is afraid to use the laundry machine here), I have had someone attempt to remove my catalytic converter from my muffler while it was parked in front of my building (they only made one cut of two needed --cost me $66.00 usd to patch it with a weld), our neighbors are loud and obnoxious and the others around us never respond to saying "Hello.", they ignore you and walk by (not a friendly people at all). Furthermore, just a couple of months back a young kid kicked out another tenants window while people where watching (he was arrested). Another kid got into a fight with another tenant over the other tenants scooter which the kid insisted to ride (without permission), he did and wrecked it (nothing happened law wise). The maintenance people are extremely sketchy people who enter your apartment only when you are gone and take weeks to do that. My God the condition of the units are atrocious. My room back home was taken care better than this and it was a mess! They paint everything in white, even the ceiling fan, the edge of the bathroom mirrors, the outlets, everything! So, do not be fooled by the comment below this place is a GHETTO with major structural problems (cracked walls, two inch gap between floor and front door, breezy windows, leaking pipes, inoperable or failing appliances. Please, keep shopping!!
