I can't wait to move! This place is definitely not worth the rent! Maintenance people are great, but some of the managers have been rude and not very helpful! There are unsupervised children running around all over the place, especially in the summer! I understand that children need to be able to run around and play, however, some of these kids are way too young to be playing out in the parking lot by themselves.

I am the new manager and I hope that any issues you are having you will bring to my attention. I will do everything possible to make sure we all live in a clean, quiet and comfortable community. Please give me a chance to resolve some of the issues, this is a great management team and we are dedicated to our residents. I hope that I have a chance to meet you.

I can't wait to move from here either. The management is RUDE! This place is definately not worth the rental price. The place needs some upgrades!
