Not a positive experience - The only good thing about Fox Chase South was location. Noise was unbearable. Not a positive experience - The only good thing about Fox Chase South was location. Noise was unbearable. decent place the apt was actually a very nice size for a 2/2. (very roomy) the outside of the building could use some work though. it is very noisy because of the college students and they are up at all hours of the night.great price though for kentucky

Just OK I like it here but have some complaints that have never been addressed. They offer you excellent incentives to move here but keeping you here is a different story. They raise your rent every year but don't want to do any upgrades to the apartments.
